All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. After your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

UK Orders:

Once you have received an email with a tracking number, your order should arrive within 3-5 working days.

International Orders:

Once you have received and email with your tracking number your order should arrive within 10-20 working days .We will always aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, however Eunoia London is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to customs, nor any taxes or custom fees charged by the delivery country.

International Returns

We do not currently provide pre-paid return labels for returns or exchanges outside the UK. You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return any products back to us. If you are requesting an exchange we will cover the fee for shipping back to you.
