"Off days" are inevitable and happen to us all! So today we thought we'd give you 3 things to consider when you find yourself having one of those more difficult days...

1. Have grace for yourself. It's ok to feel the way you do and this too shall pass. Don't beat yourself up if it's affecting your performance and productivity, be kind to your mind.
----
2. Self-evaluate. Why am I feeling this way? Sometimes being able to identify the cause can then help you take small steps to feeling a bit better in the long run. If you can't find an answer to this question that's ok too, it happens. Either way, being more intentional about self care and nurturing your soul on those days can make even the smallest difference.
----
3. Guard your mind. Be careful about what you consume as it has great potential to either make you feel better or worse. Although sometimes easier said than done, opening up your bible to read the living word of God, can feed your soul and provide comfort in a way that nothing else in this world can.
----
